Overview of the Cleanroom sealing process
Work begins with the cleaning of the joints with Isopropanol (especially important with powder coated materials). Here special attention will be paid to the alignment of the joint surfaces. Leftover protective foil will be cleaned away. Gaps behind the joints will be backfilled before the Cleanroom silicone sealant is applied to them. The seal will then be dressed and smoothed.
All our workers can be relied upon work orderly and independently, controlling their own day-to-day work schedules and communicating these. This communication also applies to additional work and expense costs.
